New Vice President and General Manager of the IAQ Division

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Patrick Waters to the esteemed position of Vice President and General Manager of the IAQ Division at Carolina Filters. In this role, Patrick will spearhead sales and operations, driving our division to new heights of success and innovation.

Patrick's journey with Carolina Filters began in 2009 when he joined us as the Corporate Marketing Coordinator. Over the years, Patrick has showcased exemplary dedication, expertise, and leadership, ascending through various roles within the IAQ Division. His progression includes positions such as Quality Coordinator, Sales Representative, Branch Manager, and most recently, Director of Operations.

Throughout his tenure, Patrick has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional results. One of his notable achievements includes the development of a groundbreaking program that standardized training and workforce development for our service technicians, thereby enhancing our service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Patrick's academic credentials include a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from USC Upstate. Additionally, he has been a trailblazer in the IAQ field, holding professional certifications as an Air Systems Cleaning Specialist and Certified Ventilation Inspector since 2017.

In his new role as Vice President and General Manager, Patrick will leverage his wealth of experience, strategic vision, and passion for excellence to lead our IAQ Division to even greater success.
